Green Card Waiting List

Download Planning Obligations Funding guidance notes (pdf 41kb)The Green Card scheme was introduced in December 2007, providing a clearly defined route via which local residents, community groups and other organisations can apply for new or improved leisure-related facilities in parks or other open spaces across the Borough.

Green Card projects are funded by Planning Obligations Funding; we have produced a downloadable guide (right, pdf 41kb) describing how funds are allocated and what they can be spent on.  A Green Card application form is available to download from www.boroughofpoole.com.

Green Card project applications are checked by Leisure Services to ensure they meet the relevant criteria.  Those that do are then submitted for approval/prioritisation by the Planning Obligations Sub-Group who meet every 3 months.

The Green Line - projects listed below this line (but above the red line) have Green Card approval and are in various stages of development.
The six prioritised projects will rise above the green line for further development as Officers work load allows
