Latest: as a result of the announcement from the Secretary of State for Education, we regret that no further progress can be made on this project at this time.

• A Playbuilder leaflet has been distributed to all properties within 200m of the play area, and is available from Rossmore library

• On 26th May the Playbuilder team met with residents and users to ensure the design meets local needs and expectations

• An initial design, based on consultation with local young people, was prepared for discussion during a return visit to the site on Wednesday 16th June.

At this play area we plan to include play equipment that meets DDA guidelines owing to the high number of facilities in the area that cares for young people with a range of complex needs.
